Thank you for a really nice stay. Brand-new fantastic rooms, they are provided with West Indies touch and out bedroom, for example. This hotel has exceptionally nice location right on the coast with several piers adjacent. Overall good food, plus there is Sugar Shack close by.

We booked a double room and the beds were relaxing and extremely comfy.

The HOTel was little and absolutely charming, I greatly enjoyed it, especially the ocean view.

We had a really nice time in this small hotel in Rockport. Very very good breakfasts and the food was good. The staff were best, the room was brand-new with a comfortable bed. The location was nice, close enough to the area restaurants and bars, the harbor and the library.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel - the view was breathtaking, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I appreciated that the hotel was within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops in the area.

This hotel is a great place for a family gathering, with a beautiful view of the bay from the meeting room on the third floor, and a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed, with blackout curtains that work well, and lovely patios and landscaping. The hotel restaurant, Palm Room, offers delicious meals and excellent service.

Construction is ongoing for some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, restaurant, gift shop and library, and there are some basic cleaning issues on the grounds, such as cigarette butts and debris.
